Appointment Cancellation & Late Policy:
As a courtesy to all customers here at Sip and Style, we ask that you give adequate notice to cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments. We are committed to provide the best possible service for all. We understand sometimes things arise that are not planned and in these instances we will do our best to still accommodate each guest. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be at the discretion of the stylist, and/or management to evaluate if the service or services can still be performed in the remaining time frame. In some circumstances, rescheduling may be necessary.
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours before appointment time of service or the customer will be charged 50% of the appointment price for late cancellation fees. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price.
Return Policy:
All returns must have a receipt present. All products and/or specialty items are returnable within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. Items returned after 10 days but up to 30 days are returnable for store credit only. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All tool sales are final and come with warranty through the manufacturer.

Memberships are auto billed monthly and under an annual contract and can be canceled at any time. A cancellation fee will apply if canceled before original contract expires.
